Durable & Pliable Thermoplastic Latches That Don't Break Easily
Made in the USA, the thermoplastic elastomer, super state-of-the-art latches, are non-corrosive, non conductive & UV resistant. These Icey-Tek cooler latches are used on all our Icey-Tek coolers, tested to 120 lb pressure on tie-down points.
Rugged Rope Handles
The Icey-Tek is the only cooler company using rope handles on all long box coolers to make it easy to move around. This feature minimizes the amount of bending required when lifting heavy coolers and allows more than two people per cooler to move it at one time.
Super Heavy Duty Hinge System
Icey-Tek coolers has eliminated internal lid restraints by self-locking multiple heavy duty cooler hinges. These hinges are plastic welded to the cooler and doubly fixed by six stainless steel screws.
Insulation
The Icey-Tek's coolness is powered by pressure injected, medium density, ICI polyurethane. The 35mm walls, floor and lid, ensures ice longevity in the cooler of up to 12 days using block ice. Even NASA has tested and used Icey-Tek ice chest for their insulation qualities!
Food Grade Liners
